The location of this hotel is great, as it is near the metro station and Hamarain Mall. It is easy to find taxis and there are plenty of shopping options nearby. The hotel staff at the reception were friendly and helpful.

The main door access wasn't working and we had to use a chain to secure it from the inside.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I liked that the rooms were quite spacious and clean. It was a pleasant surprise to have a big living room, a sizeable bedroom, and a decent kitchenette. The staff were also friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to fulfill any requests we had.
The hotel seemed a bit outdated and not well-maintained. There were some cracks and scrapes on the walls and furniture, giving it a worn-out appearance.
